Pricing Information
$500 Minimum Service Fee on All Projects
This ensures that basic overhead expenses are covered
Any materials are in addition to the minimum
Free Estimates
Estimates are provided free of charge. We will schedule an onsite visit if required.
Deposit
Depending on the scope of the project, we will collect a 25% - 50% deposit the week prior to work beginning.
Flat Rates
Many projects can be quoted and invoiced at flat rates so you receive an "ALL IN" price up front, with no surprises.
Large complex projects have the potential to run into unforeseen issues after work begins. These are ALWAYS discussed and authorized prior to any additional charges.
